Knowing Dorothy's work, I decided to have my maternal grandmother's wedding dress shot by her. Immortalizing this dress made me feel as though I could keep something poignant from her life in mine. I recently had Dorothy do a wedding dress portrait as an anniversary gift to my wife.
My wife absolutely loves it. It now hangs in our dining room and all of our guests
comment on what a wonderful way to display her wedding dress… such an important
item that would otherwise gather dust in the closet. My wife continues to say that I
could not have picked a better anniversary gift. The only bad thing is that all of my
friends say my gift makes them look like lazy and un-thoughtful husbands for only
